| IVs are individual values they may range from 0-31, pokemon are born with these and you cannot do anything about it.EVs are effort values each time you battle you earn the specific amount of EVs given by that pokemon. If I may ask how did you get a level 100 pokemon who is untouched? | |

| I have both Mew and Deoxys legit, mew is untouched and Deoxys is raised in Speed and Special Attack. Also, are they legit? | |
